Buck, mouse, and snaggletooth, not in that order....

For anyone interested, this is the view from my knitting chair. I'm seriously thinking about a nice girlie hat or even better the suggested blind fold!

Em pulled out her 1st upper tooth on Sunday. It was a big event and she's been talking a little funny (lisp) since then, but it's so darn cute! She's been looking over my shoulder at the new Knitty and has already requested Monica in a couple of shades of pink.
Here is my costume from last Friday's storybook event at work. I was just loving it. The kids at school got quite a kick out of it. As did my own children.

Cute costume!

Yes, the deer definitely needs a nice hat and maybe a fun fur scarf. Something to drive the hubby crazy and make it easier on the eyes for you anyway. Oh, and at Christmas, don't forget to include it in your household decorating. Maybe a Santa hat and red nose or some garland...

parcel at this stage has not arrived but if it is surface mail it honestly takes up to 3 months.

Oooh - how about a frilly sleep mask, perhaps like this one?

Ah! You know what? You could decorate the deer seasonally! Mardi Gras beads in March, construction paper hearts in Feb., Spring Flowers in April, .... construction paper chain in December (or winter clothes). Also think that the deer needs a name. Honey the deer? (I can certainly understand not wanting a used deer in the house.)
